Today is Constitution Day- the 221st anniversary of the signing of the Constitution.
The United States Constitution is one of the greatest documents developed and written; it is the foundation of liberty and democracy in the western world.

Blogging is fun?

How do people keep on top of their blogging? I just started and I already forgot about it.
I am still not sure I get the point of all this, either. Besides my sister, who is actually going to read all of this? Is this some kind of release so I don't go crazy? I passed crazy a long time ago, so that cannot be it. I will take the opportunity to vent a little bit (ah-ha! I think I got it):
We tell all the new students that school is not going to be easy because (1) it is completely different from any other type of learning and (2) since everyone here is smart, don't assume you will be at the top of the class because you probably won't be. Then some students get letters strongly recommending that they come meet with me to make sure they get started off on the right foot, followed that up with an email a week later. How many of these students have responded? Less than 1/2. I do not even know what to say about that. Well, tomorrow is another day...

My opinion

I know the point of a blog is to post your thoughts and opinions on anything and everything, but it blows my mind how often and how many thoughts and opinions people have. That was an opinion, wasn't it?

It's about time

It's official- I have finally joined the the modern world. I don't know what direction this Blog will take, but I am sure it will include lots of tales of hilarity, deep ruminations, and stories that tug at your heart strings. Yeah, right. Seriously, I will probably just discuss the joys of curly hair, how much fun it is to be a lawyer, and how cute my dogs are. Let the hilarious, heart-string tugging ruminations begin...
